All Tours:
If customer has purchased Cancellation Protection they receive a full refund if they have notified our office by 5:00pm the business day before. However, all monies are non-refundable for no-shows (not showing up at designated pick-up location at designated time and date) or for cancellations received after 5:00pm the business day before. Even if you contact us by the specified time your cancellation must also be received in writing before we can process your refund.
Day Trips:
All day trips are non-refundable at the time of payment, unless cancellation protection is
purchased, in which the trips are fully refundable (less the cost of Cancellation protection)
up to 5:00pm the business day before.
Overnight and Extended Tours:
All deposits are non-refundable at the time of payment, unless
cancellation protection is purchased, in which case the trips are fully refundable (less the cost of
Cancellation protection) up to 5:00pm the business day before. If cancellation protection is
not purchased you will receive a partial refund (Tour cost less deposit amount) up to 72 hours
prior to trip departure. Without cancellation protection cancellations received
within the 72 hours prior to trip departure are 100% Non-Refundable! No-Shows and cancellations
made after 5:00pm the business day before are non-refundable.
Bus Rentals:
A $200.00 per bus non-refundable deposit will confirm your reservation. Final payment is
due two weeks prior to departure date. Partial refunds (total cost less deposit) will be given for cancellations received no later than 72 hours prior to trip departure.
